I paid 125.00 for a price check. I took my car to performance tire, where they replaced a thermostat In my Ford Taurus. It did not repair the issue the car was having. They refunded I took my car to performance tire, where they replaced a thermostat In my Ford Taurus. It did not repair the issue the car was having. They refunded me my full amount charged and left the part in the car. Terry then diagnosed the trouble gave me the code. I then called Ford and provided them with the info. They were certain it would be repaired for 125 or less. Well $125 later no work was done and they gave me a diagnosis of the same I had reported to them. This was not only a waste of my time, but $$. I essentially paid $125 for a price check. Which to remedy the actual problem was going to cost me $2,500. They could have advised me of this in my initial phone call to them. Scheduling me to come in was unnecessary. More

Bad sale So I bought a used impala and I get home and notice a few weeks later that there is a oil leak. They are quick to take your money but don’t take care of customers More
