Nathan was the service attendant and was unpleasant almost from hello. Usually takes hour to hour and 15 minutes to do the service on my vehicle. I ask why no one asked because I would have had it done to save another trip into the shop. The guys that helped find my vehicle and visit with me were pleasant and professional. I have made a note to be sure to not have Nathan assigned to me in the future. This was my 3rd new Edge I purchased from you and never had any issues in the past. More
