Went in yesterday to have my truck serviced with the works. This is the second time since they redid their service advisors and service program. I have not been pleased. Can't meet their timeline, sends emails to notify of concerns, never talks to me unless I walk up to his desk. Then their is the loud, loud music being blasted throughout the customer waiting area.
