Dealership was just fine. Very clean, friendly, respectable and comfortable. Cordaryl, Max Rodriguez, Chris Lewis were all wonderful. But the finance extended warranty guy did Very clean, friendly, respectable and comfortable. Cordaryl, Max Rodriguez, Chris Lewis were all wonderful. But the finance extended warranty guy didn’t tell us his name and he was awful and pressured hard to sell us on something we told him we did not want, was not interested. Came real close to picking up our check and walking out the door. What a shame because up to this point it was really a nice experience. More

We were stranded in Topeka when the engine in our car failed on the Kansas Turnpike. We had it towed to Laird Noller Ford. Chad was very helpful in explaining what went wrong with our car and the cos failed on the Kansas Turnpike. We had it towed to Laird Noller Ford. Chad was very helpful in explaining what went wrong with our car and the cost to repair it. It took a couple of weeks but the car is running great. More

The finance process was not explained to me. I am $7000.00 belly up on my loan, after putting $9,000.00 down. I was pre-approved for $20,000.00 they went behind my back to get a higher loan and I am $7000.00 belly up on my loan, after putting $9,000.00 down. I was pre-approved for $20,000.00 they went behind my back to get a higher loan and used up all the money and then some. I'm paying over 40,000.00 for a 20,000.00 car. I'm devastated. More
