Even after your service you always get a follow-up call a day or so later to make sure you are satisfied. With all the dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have never received the service that Lahti's provides. Sales is friendly, not aggressive. The depth of knowledge in the service department is unbelievable. Test drove on Monday, took delivery on Wednesday. Fred was my single point of contact for the sale, financing and delivery. This differs from my previous vehicle buying encounters where you were passed from sales to finance to someone else at delivery time. The price given for my trade-in was more than fair based on my research of KBB and NADA values. I had previously purchased a Jeep here in 2003, and this is the way Lahti's does business. When I walked into the dealership I was met by a warm and friendly smile and an a firm handshake from Diane and it was a great adventure from there.
