I attribute Brian's great listening skills to my high praise for his and the dealerships effort in delivering a vehicle in the agreed condition with the features I was looking for (and without having to make a run to the RMV, because they can provide the transfer services right there...very nice!). Brian addressed the items I was looking for, fully communicated the status throughout the process, clearly explained the functions of the Jeep during delivery and followed up post delivery.
