This is our fifth Jeep from Lahtis's and as usual was a very easy process. We told Jake what we wanted and was able to find for us in short order. I have to say my all-around experience with lahtis Jeep dealership. It started in the beginning of 2023 where I bought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, It took 2 weeks from the time we had signed paperwork u dealership. It started in the beginning of 2023 where I bought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, It took 2 weeks from the time we had signed paperwork until we actually got it. They spray painted the runners instead of painting them over properly and there is complete rust all over them The first issue we had was leaks coming from the roof. They had said that they tried to fix it but they couldn't. Also a few miles after our warranty our steering pump went and they wanted us to pay $500 to fix it which I declined. They then replaced it with one that lasted a year we had to get a new one. They said it had never been off-road which clearly was a lie We now have a leak in our engine that spews oil and the muffler ended up going also. In changing our brakes when we took the pads off, the caliper fell apart in our hands and was completely rusted. I don't think that happens in a year and a half from having a $32,000 Jeep. Just my opinion. My sway bar also went and was totally corroded on the plug that was another $4,000 that we couldn't afford I believe when you buy a $32,000 Jeep you shouldn't have this many problems with it. They called a year and a half later and asked us how the Jeep was. We went to answer and I'm guessing they couldn't understand us. They replied okay. Have a nice day I believe they saw someone interested in this particular Jeep and had just gotten it in and decided not to do any work on it to make sure it was at least In decent shape The salesman that helped us we found out it was his first deal that he made, which in turn makes sense why they would want to get rid of it just after getting it in and not checking it properly I'm not happy at all and I wouldn't bring it back to have them fix it either for a fear that they would put parts In it that we're not good again And only last certain amount of time like they did when we first got it again to pay $32,000 for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that has had so many problems is ridiculous. I wish I've never gotten a car from them had I known. More

Lahti’s is amazing! I bought my first Jeep through them 7 years ago and always had them service it. I just traded it in and got a new one. Jacqui in service had a lot t I bought my first Jeep through them 7 years ago and always had them service it. I just traded it in and got a new one. Jacqui in service had a lot to do with that decision. She has always gone above and beyond to help me. The manager Ron has always done the same. I can now add sales person Dianne and finance’s Bob to that list. Diane was a joy to work with, I never felt pressured, she was fun, kind and patient! Bob help me get a great loan with payments lower than I expected. I love Lahti’s! More

The dealership has had my car since 11/09/2023. It's now almost March of 2024. There is little to no communication as to when it might be fixed. They gave me a loaner vehicle from November to Janua It's now almost March of 2024. There is little to no communication as to when it might be fixed. They gave me a loaner vehicle from November to January and I've been barely making it to work since. I haven't had a valid inspection sticker since Ocotober of 2023. This car is an absolute piece of junk and it's almost as if it's been confiscated. I've reached out a week ago requesting documents for a lawyer to look at to see if I can do anything to cut ties with these people and this car, and they still have not sent all of the requested paperwork. Please send me the repair orders I asked for. And give me an ETA if when I can have my car back. More
