I bought a used car form them. The battery kept draining and then the Battery saver active came on. After I bought a new battery it still did the same thing. When I called I spoke to a man named Derek. He told me I needed to take it to the shop and have it fixed. My mother is in the hospital dieing and I cant even get there. I do NOT suggest buying from them. They were very rude and uncaring that they sold a car that had issues. More

For over a month, I had been searching for the right used car: a specific make, model and features including exterior and interior colors. Local dealerships near my home in Kentucky just couldn't seem to com car: a specific make, model and features including exterior and interior colors. Local dealerships near my home in Kentucky just couldn't seem to come up with anything close so I had to expand my search and I am sure glad I did! Not only did they have the vehicle in every detail I was looking for, Lafayette GMC gave me more on my trade-in and lowered the price on the vehicle before I arrived to buy it! Cory Isenberg, the manager, and Mike Reep, the salesman, were just fantastic, making the purchase process as smooth as possible, even doing the titling paperwork for the SUV in my home state so I would not have to!! When I got home, I realized I had forgotten a camera bracket pasted behind the rear view mirror on the windshield in my trade-in. I contacted the salesman and he took care right away the same day to FedEx it to me. My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase. I highly recommend Lafayette GMC!!! More

greg the finance guy lied lied & lied! ! even after i caught him...he kept trying to double talk his way out, but then i called derek the gm at mercedes to assist with the transaction...der ! even after i caught him...he kept trying to double talk his way out, but then i called derek the gm at mercedes to assist with the transaction...derek kept his word & honored what we had agreed to for my purchase & financing...derek apologized for the finance employee, greg i believe was his name.... and derek did honor what he promised. but then i called derek on thursday & he said that he would get back to me, however i have not heard back from him & now it's sunday night...derek said that he was going to get my AMG SL63 checked out with all the fluids, tire pressure, etc & ready for me to drive home. i had asked derek to please make sure everything is good since the car was sitting there for almost a year...to make sure everything is still in good condition and ready for me to drive home..my a/c stopped working & i went to my dealership here in IL & they said that they dont think the service department had the car inspected as the freon appears to be low - & not working properly!! HOWEVER - RONNIE in sales IS AMAZING!!! even after the sale - Ronnie is still following up with me! he is definitely an asset to your dealership!! also.... The phone system trying to reach someone is very tedious....getting a finance guy to call u back - very hard and very hard to get the general manager to call u back... it is very difficult.....but the gm is very nice once u get him on the phone!! i had asked the gm to make sure the car was ready for me to drive home, derek, the gm, said it went to service to get checked out....but when i got home my a/c stopped working on a car when i just bought it and it only had 32 miles on it!!! i brought it to my dealership in chicago and i was told that the software was not updated and there were many faults that needed to be corrected....this should have all been taken care of as i was on my 5 hour drive to indiana in traffic to pick up the car!! very disappointed to be mislead that the car was being checked out during the time i was driving there....this was promised to be taken care of before i got there and i was told it was taken care of!! but it wasnt!! very disappointing!!! however.... there is another person that is very nice at the dealership....her name is Lizzie who deals with the title are registration...she was very aware of who i was and what needed to be done....she was very nice and promised to follow up with me.... BUT i want to STRESS this..... RONNIE IS THE STAR!!! HE SHOULD BE RUNNING THE DEALERSHIP!! DONT EVER LOSE RONNIE!!! More
