I told him what I wanted and he went right to work, I didn't even have to follow him, he brought the car right to the door of the showroom. He explained everything to me about the Kia Soul I asked to see and allowed me to test drive on my own, I had some questions about the car and asked Chad if he could drive the car with me in it, Chad was very helpful in answering all my questions. He had already set the wheels in motion to get all the paperwork done and the financing. Chad made me feel like the most important customer he ever had. Nick the finance guy was very nice and explained all the paperwork in a way that you didn't have to question what it was for and made it that easy that it didn't take all day. Some of my friends have bought their cars at Ladd-Hanford and told me how good they are even after the sale, they were telling the truth. When you need a new or new-tp-you vehicle go to Ladd-Hanford and ask for Chad. You will not regret it! More
