Ladd-Hanford made my first time, new car buying experience a great one. I stepped onto the lot in hopes of looking at the Kia Soul. He was with me every step of the way through my Ladd-Hanford experience, from test driving to filling up the tank with gas before I drove it home. He was also very willing to go above and beyond what other dealers in the area would do. Luckily for me, the color Soul I wanted was on the lot, but Jason was willing to go to any lengths to get me another color if I so desired. He made me feel like an appreciated customer that has been with them for years! I would recommend anyone to go to Ladd-Hanford for a car. The customer service was excellent, and the cars are awesome. When the time comes for another new car, I will not hesitated to go back. More

I have no reason to rate this company as anything less than great. From the salesman, Chad Wartluft to the service department, all have kept in touch with me. My new Kia Soul, with 1200 miles on it, had b than great. From the salesman, Chad Wartluft to the service department, all have kept in touch with me. My new Kia Soul, with 1200 miles on it, had bad wiper blades that smeared terribly. The service department replaced both without charge.
