I have never had such a fabulous car buying experience! I had filled out an online request for info. and was contacted by Chad. I gave him a run-down of what I was looking for and he sent me several vehicles had filled out an online request for info. and was contacted by Chad. A few days after that I went in to meet him in person and look at cars, and he was super friendly and outgoing. One of my favorite parts about Ladd Hanford is that the salespeople don't work on commission, so there is no pressure in that regard. It didn't take long from the time I decided which car I wanted to the time we were done with paperwork. It was a Saturday afternoon, so I had to wait until Monday morning to hear from the bank. Chad called me at exactly 9 am and said I had gotten the car. When I went to pick up the car, he had everything ready, and it took no more than 30 minutes to finish paperwork and get handed the keys. The best part was, I had a trade-in vehicle that needed some work, and they gave me the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value minus only $500. To top it all off, the car I bought was priced $3000 BELOW blue book! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and especially Chad. He was the only salesman I dealt with, but the other ones didn't seem overly friendly while I was in there. If you go here, you will get a fair price! More

I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE looking to buy new or used. I was absolutely stunned by how fast the approval process was despite my less than perfect credit. After the test drive, he was willing to sit and listen to ALL of problems, which really made me feel at ease. Once I was approved, he sat and talked with me the entire time in the waiting room until I was able to handle the financials and drive off the lot! THANKS CHAD! But, I have waited longer in the doctor's waiting room then I did for the approval for the car! And last but not least...their prices are phenomenal! I priced the True Market Value (TMV) for the car that I wanted and their price was about $1500 less than the TMV! If that's not a deal then I don't know what is! I PROMISE you that I will be buying my next car, whenever that time comes, from Ladd-Hanford! More
