OK, so, here it is: I was faced with a challenge...the challenge of finding a new car after driving the exact same make & model since the early 80's...and...the car I was giving up was 20 years old. I am 61 years of age & find that with each passing year I appreciate more the things that are "familiar". Change can be a little threatening...at least that is what I experience as one gets older. Now, picture this: I was literally all over the area looking at & sitting in many cars. I was mentally wanting to take the plunge, but, obviously a little reluctant. I believe I was a salesman's nightmare. I encountered pushiness, unfriendliness & was actually talked down to. I am saying all this to get to the point. Your salesman played an important part in my decision to take the plunge. Michael Ebling was a very persuasive salesman by having the knowledge to sell the car, along with the patience & kindness to make me feel comfortable with making a decision. This was a great pleasure & a contrast to some of my other encounters...... ......LOVE THE CAR! I'm very happy with my choice! More

When our trade-in broke down on the way to getting the new car, Chad was there within minutes. He waited with us for tow truck to arrive and stayed late to make sure we had the new car to drive home. Having just moved into the area, we couldn't even begin to say how grateful we were that we discovered such an amazing salesperson and a great dealership. I'm 52. I've bought new and used vehicles from dealers, individuals, auctions, junkyards- you name it. This might have been the easiest and best buying experience I have ever experienced. I initially contacted Chad regarding an on-line vehicle offering. After an email or 2, he also provided me with other vehicles that might fit my needs and budget. I traveled from Herndon VA to Lebanon, I expected to find the vehicles I was interested in to be either sold or bait-and-switched. I know that sounds a bit jaded, but I have come to expect these things, and I found this to be true with another dealer in the area with whom I had also contacted and visited on the same day. When I arrived at Ladd-Hanford, Chad was at a different lot, but he met me very quickly and drove up in the very same vehicle I had come to see. It turns out that the vehicle was a great match- there was no pushy salesmanship, the whole experience was streamlined and efficient. The after-sale was also surprisingly low-key as well. (You know what I'm talking about!!!) Overall, the trip was well worth it and I would do it again. Chad was great, if all Ladd-Hanford salespeople are as well prepared and personable, it is probably a big reason that they have been around so long. More
