We stopped by on a whim just to look. Chad came out even though it was soon closing and showed us the car and stayed beyond working hours to set up a test drive the next day. Mike was great. After doing my due diligence I called the Kia Dealership and was connected to Mike Ebling. I explained what I wanted and price and trade I had to offer...within 24 hrs Mike called me wit the Kia Dealership and was connected to Mike Ebling. I did not even have to visit the showroom. The next day I arrived at the dealership...within 30 mins...I leased my vehicle. It could not have gone better. Mike was terrific. Of course, he instructed me the workings of the dash...but everyone must realize, a car is no longer a car but a computer...so if u r in the market for a new car (any car) be computer savvy...best of luck Mike More

I rarely give a 5 out of 5 for any review but working with Chad was a pleasure. From what I could tell, the prices were competitive, the staff easy to work with, and the whole process was fairly painless with Chad was a pleasure. A small issue appeared after the purchase that was not a drive-train issue, and within hours of reporting the issue a phone call from Chad had everything covered. That is going above and beyond. I am involved in customer service/sales and if I could have given a 4.5 on overall experience I would have. Working with Chad was proof that you buy the salesperson and the company, not the item. More
