Great Customer Service First of all, before I even went to the dealership I browsed online and requested more information on a few different vehicles. I received an immediate response from Austin Allwein. He was very helpful with providing me with other options other than the ones I had picked. Once I arrived at the dealership, he was right there to greet me and show me around. He showed me a few different Kia Optimas and he was very knowledgeable on them and the features that they had. Once I decided that an Optima was what I wanted, he got the paperwork started and he was very quick with it and made sure to answer every question I had. He got me the new vehicle as fast as he could. He is a very good salesman. He is very friendly and knows what he is talking about. His customer service was great. I would recommend both him and the dealership in general to anyone that is interested in a Kia. More
