She drove with us on our test drive (only dealer that day that did not let us do this on our own (4 that day before)) and she guided us on a drive that was less than one mile and 40 mph at the most. She knew less about the car than we did (and we had called ahead). She made zero attempt and getting to know anything we were looking for and she took no interest in why my son needed a car. She even said that it was a few hours to close and we may not be able to buy it that day. I guess the idea of possibly staying a few minutes past closing only applies to old dads like me trying to help their son buy his first car. I also am in the customer service industry and would starve if I created this customer experience. More
I had a frustrating experience with the Ladd Hanford service department regarding an issue with my vehicle that no one seemed to be able to fix. However, after meeting with General Manager Gary Deibert, service department regarding an issue with my vehicle that no one seemed to be able to fix. However, after meeting with General Manager Gary Deibert, my experience completely turned around. Gary understood my frustration and helped me trade my existing vehicle in for something I love even more. The service department could certainly use some improvement, but with Gary at the helm, this dealership will make sure you leave happy. Thanks, Gary! More
I purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport last year. The "sales consultant" I dealt with acted like my best friend until the moment I left the dealership. I was promised a spare fob, since for some reason my car only had one. Months go by and I haven't gotten a new fob. So I email the consultant, zero response from him. I tried calling, nothing again. So I finally emailed the sales manager and he "handled" the situation. Of course I never got my spare fob because they were to lazy to deal with it. They told me that they, a dealership, could not obtain a spare fob. I was told to go to another dealer for one or order one online and they would reimburse me. Why would I do your job for you?!? So no, I'd never recommend this dealership. Avoid them. More

I ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in January and Ian Donlin was my sales agent. He was fantastic and so was the dealership. The service department took 3 hrs to figure out I needed a capacitor. They charged me the highest hourly rate for that as well. I took it to them bc they are suppose to specialize in Jeeps. If that was not bad enough my Jeep came back with grease all over my driver side mat, grease on the side of the jeep outer door. Wires were left hanging down and not put back into the bracket. I asked them to put a fuel gauge in, they left all the metal shavings all over the Jeep floor and on the seat. They told me the gauge worked for a little but then stopped working. Instead of completing the job they just left a none working gauge. I sent the General manager an email about the issues with photos of the damage . After three days I heard nothing, so I sent the email to the Owner, I then received an email from the service Director telling me I would have to wait 5 days before they would clean the damage to my Jeep. He said, he would have his team clean up the grease and put the wires back and would give me 1 hr of free service to get the gauge working. If it took them 3 hrs to figure out a capacitor, I can imagine the time it would take for the fuel gauge. After paying $601.00 for the bad service, damage done to my Jeep, and a none working gauge, I would be foolish to bring the Jeep back to the dealership. I have worked at two other professional Dealerships in the past. I went to Ladd-Hanford bc I thought they would solve the none starting problem faster than others since they are a Jeep dealership. It is a simple 1978 6 cylinder Jeep. I wish I would have read the other reviews before taking my Jeep to Ladd-Hanford in Lebanon. After I told them I would not bring the Jeep back, they just said "Sorry for your troubles" that was it. More
