Brach Marker and his team at Labadie definitely know how to help customers. We found our 2007 Dodge Caliber on a website, so naturally, we were a bit leary to actually start any part of the purchasing p to help customers. However, after being contacted within minutes of inquiring, we were put at ease. Brach, along with Dustin and Ryan, were very attentive with our needs (including finding the best financing options, and warranty options for us) and were even willing to stay later than normal at the dealership, to ensure we had time to get there. We actually drove from Grand Rapids to Bay City to make this purchase, but Brach and the Labadie guys made it completely worth it. When we arrived (about 30 minutes prior to close), the car was ready and waiting for us, all nice and sparkly. Just about 35 minutes of paperwork, a quick goodbye to the old car *which we used as a trade in - awesome*, and we were on our way! More

After a test drive, we were given a trade in value for our 2003 Silverado which was much higher than we expected. After Brach and Willis explained all the other benefits that Toyota offered with a purchase, we couldn't pass up the deal. Amy patiently helped us through the paperwork and due to a Work schedule problem, Bob delivered the truck from Bay City to our home in Harrison after the prep work was done. We purchased a used Toyota RAV4 today. We had been to several dealerships and test drove other vehicles. I completed the online preapproval and Brach Marker in Used Cars called me within an hour. He walked through the process with me asking what type of vehicle we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend/payment amount and talked about financing possibilities. We wanted something that averaged around the same MPG as our Grand Prix. Brach talked to us about a Chevy Equinox that they had and also the RAV4. He sent us an email with the car, we then scheduled an appointment for the next day. When we arrived Brach met us at the door with a smile and a handshake. My husband and I both wanted to test drive the RAV4 so we took a long ride with Brach. He talked about the car, we asked questions, we talked about our family and what we expected to do with the car as far as any towing or anything else. The conversation was relaxed and friendly. The car that we were trading in we had purchased 6 years earlier. Our interaction with that dealership was much more "used car salesman", much more high pressure sales. We ended up buying the RAV4 for a very reasonable price, with low miles and our trade in amount was right around what we had already figured. We were handed a carfax and car rating sheet right away so we did not have to ask. Even the finance department was very laid back and everything was gone through completely and questions were answered. We are talking about a new truck in the next two years. I truly hope that Brach will still be at Labadie because we will definately return when ready to test drive and possibly purchase a Toyota Tundra.
