It was especially sweet that he did not hesitate to give me a hand in jump starting the car because I left the lights on the whole night. He showed up at my garage door with portable charger right within ten minutes of my call. :) Charlie, you are the man!! Thanks a lot! My husband and I were just driving through car lots looking, and Brach was the only sales person who bothered to come speak to us. He got them to give us more for or trade and worked to get us a payme looking, and Brach was the only sales person who bothered to come speak to us. When we got the van home there was a noise in the upper strut mount on the drivers side, Brach got it repaired for us at no cost to us. My adventure began New Years Eve....the accountant said "if you are going to buy a car in the next year....it needs to be today". I live in Wyoming, not a lot of access to car dealers. After searching the internet, waffling on my commitment to the Landcruiser and finally ending up with Charles in Bay City MI, I knew that it was meant to be. I spoke with Charles at about 4:00 PM Mountain Time for the first time. I said if this is happening it must happen today! The Landcruiser I had found on their website was immaculate. After talking extensively with Charles; I had no reservations. Charles connected us with Amy in financing and the deal was done. We were going to ship the car to Wyoming, instead my husband flew to Detroit where Charles had organized drivers to meet him at the airport with my new car! My husband made the 1500+ mile journey home and we are thrilled with our purchase. This deal would not have been done if Charles and Amy had not been enthusiastic and thinking outside the box. They were excellent and have had fabulous follow up as well. We highly recommend taking a drive if you are not in the area to visit them and experience true customer service. More

I liked the way the sales person (Al) explained, in detail, the features of the car before I did the test drive. He was willing to answer questions. There is a dealership that is closer to where I live, but the time that Al devoted to explain everything was the reason for purchase at this dealership. Amy did the paperwork and she was friendly and efficient in her area. The sale was completed effeciently and I am well satisfied. Again I want to stress that Al did a great job with the explanation of the car. I have always enjoyed shopping for a new car, and this was no exception. It was a great day, and I would recommend this dealer. I did research on Prius, Corolla, Matrix, Honda Civic, Honda HB, Nissan Sentra and Nissan Versa. More
