I went to see if I could purchase a car, they took my info and social security and $ 50.00 deposit. The deal didn’t work out because I found the same exact car somewhere else for $ 1800 less. They never info and social security and $ 50.00 deposit. The deal didn’t work out because I found the same exact car somewhere else for $ 1800 less. They never refunded my $ 50.00. After repeated calls and requests they keep promising this Friday when all refunds goes out. it’s been over 2 years and I never got my money back , too bad I don’t live in the Bronx anymore , and it will just cost me $ 50 to go there . I have a comfortable life and $ 50.00 is not a big deal, but that’s just shows how this people practice business. BEWARE More
Alfredo was very knowledgeable and exciting to work with. He was refreshingly honest about my choices. I recommend this salesman 100%. He gave me his phone number and always got back to me. I can be a pain to work with and he was very patient with me. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him and Lasorsa. More
My girlfriend wanted me to over see her mechanic work. The check engine light show a code 442 which is a small evaporator leak. she told the mechanic or manager to speak to me before starting any work. Wh The check engine light show a code 442 which is a small evaporator leak. she told the mechanic or manager to speak to me before starting any work. When I called him he began to tell me about order codes he found such as the fuel injector. The car ran fine so I knew there was no problem with the fuel injector. At that point I told him to not work on the car, he refused stating that the car was already being worked on. I knew this not to be true because my girlfriend said that there were four other cars ahead of her when she brought in. To make matters worst the did a so call fuel system tuneup and replaced air filter and pvc valve all of which I have done recently because I was getting It ready for an emission test. In short, they did work I asked them not to do and over charged me. By 500.00 or more. More

We purchased a used Vue from this dealership in 2007. We thought their advertised 27 point inspection would mean we wouldn't get a clunker. When the vehicle was picked up, we discovered the remote was not w thought their advertised 27 point inspection would mean we wouldn't get a clunker. When the vehicle was picked up, we discovered the remote was not working. No biggie. We went to a Saturn dealership to puchase a new one. Saturn informed us that the computer was bad. Several days in the shop and we had the Vue back from LaSorsa. The computer was not programmed correctly, so the Vue had to go back to service. Since then, we've had to have electrical work done twice because of a water leak in the car, the alternator replaced, etc. Naturally, only a portion of the work was covered under the extended warranty. Everytime the car goes in it's to the cost of several hundred dollars. The service rep loses interest as soon as you turn down their $800 tune up suggestion. Their one day for service frequently turns into three or four. It wouldn't matter if we could at least say we have a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, we don't and we're still paying it off. More
