Mr. Garcia was extremely professional, helpful and patient. When I arrived at the center on 8/12/14, to have my Chevrolet HHR ignition key cylinder replaced, there was a systems wide computer malfunction. Mr. Garcia informed me that he could not give a definite time when the system would be back up and running, since it was controlled by the car maker's headquarters, but that he did not think that it would take all day, and that the moment that it would be up and running again, I would be among-st the first few that had been waiting to have our recall issue corrected. Mr. Garcia was true to his word, and I was able to leave the service center with a safe vehicle, and avoided the inconvenience having to loose another day of work. Thanks to Mr. Garcia.. More

Should avoid this dealership, Lasorsa Autogroup, with every efforts. After review of their website, making several phone calls with Nino for availability, options, and etc, finally settled on the price. every efforts. He suggested to make an appointment since he is extremely busy and they have lots of walk-ins. Even before to go in today, called again to confirm everything beforehand. Everything will be taken care of and will be ready as per Nino. Here are all these signs that this dealership is bad. 1. The parking lot is smaller than my garage and driveway. 2. The place was empty, no customers at all.? 3. Nino spent about 10min to look at the computer and printed out bunch of papers. Why now?? 4. No cars found. He claims that we talked about other car, not that on the website and all those phone conversations ??? 5. Claims that he can order one what I want???? 6. Their dealerrate is inactive sometimes, due to too many bad reviews????? Liar. Shame on you. More
Brought my mother's car in because the check engine light was on. At first they told me that the reason specifically was because of a bad catalytic converter, after some questioning and talking with a light was on. When confronted they tried pretending like they were just "suggesting" it and that the light was on for a dirty engine, so instead we paid them $275~ to clean the fuel system (which supposedly was more thorough than a bottle of fuel additive...). We got the car back and the check engine light stayed off for a week or so then low and behold it comes back on again, I would not recommend this place, they try selling you parts that aren't needed and apparently don't fix your problem. More

I had the worst experience with this dealership and salesman. The salesman didn't want to do any of the work but was more than happy to collect on the commission. I asked to find me a specific make and salesman. The salesman didn't want to do any of the work but was more than happy to collect on the commission. I asked to find me a specific make and model with under 15K miles. The salesman proceeded to call, text and email me at work. What made it worse was it was to sell me on a car, color and specs I said that I didn't want and could not afford. He tried to talk me into signing a credit check without even having the car. He tried to sell me a new car when I said I wanted used and tried to convince me that it was in my best interest. It's people like that that explain how people get cars they can't afford and then get lose them months later. In addition the salesmen boosted up the cost on the down payment to double what he originally said I could put down. Horrible, horrible experience. At one point I said no to the credit check as it would make no sense without the car and I was advised against it. His response is they're not here and so they don't need to know shhh. I felt like a 8 yr old kid being pursued by a predator. I left the dealership angry for wasting my time and feeling violated for having to deal with someone that could be that shady. I strongly recommend that you find a better salesperson and dealer to find your car or SUV More
This review is a follow-up of the previous review I posted on 1/26/2012. With the initial frustration that I encountered with the repair of my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted b posted on 1/26/2012. With the initial frustration that I encountered with the repair of my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Mike the service director at Lasorsa. After finding out how unhappy I was with the service received, he made it a point to make certain things were rectified. Me and my fiancee were told to return to Lasorsa to discuss what happened and was given an apology by Mike on behalf the company. I must say that I am totally pleased with the amount of courtesy extended. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed. I always believe that you treat people how you want to be treated and that is with dignity and respect and in the end that is exactly how Mike made us feel. Kudos to Lasorsa for doing a fabulous job! I will be coming back for any services needed for my vehicle. More
Alfredo was great. I felt like I was speaking with a person, not a car salesman. I went to many dealers before settling on Lasorsa; each dealer was more shady and/or dismissive than the one before.
