Excellent Service, Very Satisfied No dealership is perfect and I'm fully aware of that. This review is geared to expressing my satisfaction based on a seven-year relationship with LaS No dealership is perfect and I'm fully aware of that. This review is geared to expressing my satisfaction based on a seven-year relationship with LaSorsa, in fact it's a little over seven years. My most recent visit clearly demonstrated that Mr. John Zahra is fully committed in meeting the needs of Buck customers within the guidelines and procedures established by Buick. I am extremely happy that he made sure my issues were resolved and that I was treated as a valuable customer. If I ever felt like not using Buick in the future, as long as he's there, I have the absolute confidence that I can trust that he will always do the right thing. He listens, he's respectful, he values the importance of individuals as vital to the success of Buick and he delivers. If there is a problem he will do his very best to get it resolved. I know that this may appear to be a review more of Mr. Zahra than of Buick but he's the face of Buick and his interaction with customers does set the tone for how the rest of the service associates work. I respect him and trust him fully and do hope LaSorsa realizes the value he brings to the corporation. More

Every time I go there The whole staff treats me well and take good care of my car. After taking your car to the Service department you will always receive a email from Mr John Zahra who is the Service Manager at lasorsa to make sure that his team has solved all your concern, and thanking you for visiting them. 1/2 Truths and a lot of fast talk They think you will not check things out, I found out they where playing games with a lease return program. Telling me they where going to pick up pay They think you will not check things out, I found out they where playing games with a lease return program. Telling me they where going to pick up payments I did not owe, would split the difference in the over mileage, when GE Financial was picking up the whole thing. Found about 1/2 the rebates we where eligible for. Played to many games and double talk. So I cancelled the car and now getting the deposit back, or even a return phone call is next to impossible. Every time I call I am transferred to somebody's voice mail. BUYER BEWARE More

GMC Envoy XUV service I brought my GMC Envoy to LaSorsa since the Envoy and the Chevy Trailblazer are identical vehicles. I brought my Envoy for the following service: fron I brought my GMC Envoy to LaSorsa since the Envoy and the Chevy Trailblazer are identical vehicles. I brought my Envoy for the following service: front brakes, repair of a front differential leak, windshield washer pump not operating, NYS Inspection. The service manager, John Zahra was very friendly and understanding and treated me with respect. The service adviser, Sean Clarke, kept me up-to-date on the status of my repairs. I could not be happier with the service that I received at LaSorsa. I was never impressed by the braking ability of my truck, and after they replaced the front brakes, the truck stops like it never did before. It's unbelievable. In addition, they performed all of the other repairs that I had requested. Needless to say, I will most definitely be returning to LaSorsa for my future repair needs. Thanks again!!! More

Superb Service! I am extremely impressed with your LaSorsa service center. I called Wednesday at the last minute to try to schedule an oil change for Thursday mo I am extremely impressed with your LaSorsa service center. I called Wednesday at the last minute to try to schedule an oil change for Thursday morning because I had found out i needed to take my Chevy Spark on a long trip. The service rep was extremely friendly and told me to come in 7am and I would be taken care of. Amazing! I am so impressed that I would be serviced on such short notice! I would also like to take a moment to mention Service Advisor Sean Clarke. Sean was very helpful and got me in and out fast. He was pleasant to speak to and we had a few laughs while I waited. Sean is a good guy and I will be coming back to LaSorsa for my service needs. More
