Upon entering, I was greeted by a courteous customer representative who informed me of their courtesy return ride service, allowing customers to be transported home within a certain radius while my vehicle was being serviced rather than waiting in their lounge. Although I initially considered this option, I ultimately chose to stay. To my surprise, my car was ready in just over an hour. Thanks to Jose, the service person, and the lady at the Counter. What truly stood out to me was the efficiency of their service. Lasorsa operates seamlessly, unlike other centers, such as the one I visited in New Rochelle, where I was sent back and forth between locations to follow their paperwork. At Lasorsa's service center, there's no unnecessary back-and-forth; you're assisted promptly and efficiently at a single counter.
