Service Department is less than acceptable My husband and I have been taking our car to this dealership for almost a year on the same issue. Every time we take it there we get excuses about wh My husband and I have been taking our car to this dealership for almost a year on the same issue. Every time we take it there we get excuses about what could be wrong. From Lisa the service rep to Tom the service manager, we have been told lies and excuses. The latest visit ended today with more excuses and a suggestion we take the car to another dealership, They apparently do not have the expertise with their ONE "technician" to address the issues we continue to experience. I will take their advice and go somewhere else and will be sure to let everyone I know they should also do the same thing. More

Awesome Serice Deptartment I had a 2019 Pacifica that had a battery issue. I jump started the car and got it to Lalonde Chrysler. Lisa in Service plugged in the code reader and I had a 2019 Pacifica that had a battery issue. I jump started the car and got it to Lalonde Chrysler. Lisa in Service plugged in the code reader and confirmed there was a battery issue. They took the car right in and diagnosed it and corrected the issue. As I sat there for 2 hours I was constantly updated by Lisa and Dan and got my car back in tip top shape. While I was there I had a great conversation with Bradley who oversees many dealerships in the area. Great place for service. PS they are expanding and adding a 10 million dollar new Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Dealership right next door. I am exicited for this. I will definetly support this dealership. More
