Yet again another bad experience with the service team. Wish I could give negative stars. Brought it in for a simple issue & they had it for more then a week & still could figure it out. I have been bring my truck here for service for a while I have had small problems in the past. But I just had my truck in there for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed shortly after I picked up my tru have had small problems in the past. But I just had my truck in there for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed shortly after I picked up my truck it was making a clunking noise upfront and I every time I stopped there was a vibration. I thought it was my brakes but then I was able to wobble the tire with my hands the lug-nuts on both front tires were loose all of them. it was very dangerous. I will never be returning here and if you go here for service good luck and check your vehicle before you leave. More
