I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience from entering the building to leaving SAME DAY in my new car!!! I have never left same day with a new car before. I even purchased the additional protection plan that puts the ceramic coating on the paint and fabric protection on the interior. It was done and ready to go by the time we were done with all the paperwork! Very Happy Lady here and I will be back! More

Fairly happy with my buying experience. It would have been nice to test drive the 300 before purchase. Tyler could have at least pulled the car outside so I could see in daylight. I just discovered that key fob 2 of 2 does not work. I had the battery replaced today and it still is not working. Waiting for Tylers call back on that. I went on vacation days after purchase and am hoping all my purchase paperwork is in the mail when I receive it today Monday04/08, Tyler delivered the 300 but no purchase paperwork was left other than the temp. registration.
