Worse Experience Ever We leased a Dodge Ram on June 28th, 2019. Prior to leaving the dealership our sales person, Jeff Gillingham noted that the key fobs were not working We leased a Dodge Ram on June 28th, 2019. Prior to leaving the dealership our sales person, Jeff Gillingham noted that the key fobs were not working properly and had them sent back to service twice. Assuring us that the key fobs were working, we took the truck home only to find that the key fobs did not work, the tire pressure sensors were coming on without providing information and the alarm going off. We returned the truck first thing June 29th. Long story short, the dealership had to replace 6 components and never provided updates and had the truck for 3 weeks. Once the truck was returned it had 2 scratches, a dent and the passenger side mirror was damaged. Needless to say, the truck was sent back to the dealership that next Monday and they had it until Thursday the same week. Truck was returned and now the backup/forward sensor going off all the time and in fact while backing up the brakes came on and slammed us to a hard stop. Dealership contacted and I was advised that Chrysler recognizes there is a problem and just came out with a computer update and my truck has been updated. Well, I am still having the problem. The dealership is now saying Chrysler will not honor the warranty on this issue and that its not a big deal to just turn them off. My customer service experience has been the worse experience I have ever had. Not only do they not want to fix my truck but they lack total communication. When you are being transferred to an extension no one ever answers and they have no messages set up advising who you are even being put in contact with. Stay away from this dealership! More
