AMAZING!!! After getting the run around with the motor city local dealers I reached out to LaLonde via the web. Once I clicked submit to get a price on a Trailhawk lease, James called me back with 10 minutes, he asked me a few questions and then let me know he’d get back to me before they closed for the night. Ge called me at 7:15, and had my financing information by 8PM. I drove up to the dealership the next day. James let me know they closed at 6, and if I could be there by 5:30 he’d have his partner Jeff have everything ready for me to drive off. Needless to say, my 1 hour drive took 2, and I didn’t get to the dealership until 6. I apologized and told them I’d come back to get everything wrapped up, but wanted to at least put a deposit down so no one bought the car I wanted. They said absolutely not, and stayed past 7 so I could get everything I wanted and all of my questions answered so I wouldn’t have to make two trips. They stayed late, they didn’t rush me out, and they act as if they generally cared. THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING!! I’ll make the drive up there every time I need a new lease or to purchase a vehicle. No more city dealers for me! More
