Get out if ya still can. Worst experience at a dealership I’ve ever had. Had ask for them to take care of a couple touch up things & failed to mange that. I got a advertisement that had several prizes. I pealed the cover and had a winner next to a television. I called the phone number listed and plugged in my winning number. You have to check your number on their winners board. My number was not on winning board. The list of prizes next to the scratch list was not what you win. It was a ploy to a ploy to get me into the dealership to buy a new car. 😡 More

Unfortunately the salesperson I had been communicating with was not in as I was 1 1/2 hours early (kinda just wanted to get the bad news over with). That is where I met Tanya Goodin. She helped me with everything and helped to get me approved for a 2019 Renegade. I’m very happy with this purchase. They had exactly what i wanted with all of the options I wanted. She was informative and very helpful. I would highly recommend heading out that way to see her if your looking for. A new purchase or lease. Should have been an easy fix What started off as a simple easy process, turned into a headache quickly. Jeff Sold me a vehicle which goes through certified inspection with “bad” Front breaks. I put bad in parentheses because they say they’re at least 50% but Obviously very debatable. They started squeaking & front left rotator already had a groove worn into it. More then upset in the act that I haven’t made a payment yet thus already have to replace front breaks. Not to mention the lack of customer service when trying to find a solution to this. Wish this process would have been easier. More

Pleasant and upfront experience with Tanya. Tanya was honest and upfront with the experience. She was accommodating for our family including our three kids.
