I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. When I looked at it it was very dirty under the hood and interior and body. I asked if that would be cleaned and was told yes. Unfortunately I them. When I looked at it it was very dirty under the hood and interior and body. I asked if that would be cleaned and was told yes. Unfortunately I should have looked when I went in the next day to pick it up before signing any paperwork. When I got home and opened the hood it had not been touched and I saw a broken ground strap, very obvious, and they said it was inspected, by who, a 2 year old. I spent 4 hours cleaning that and all the door jams between front and rear doors. The black trim on the outside looks as if they just sprayed something over the dirt. I guess you have to spend 50-60 thousand dollars to get a good job, 15000 isn’t enough I guess.I wish I could add a picture on here, go to their Facebook page and you can see pictures of what the engine compartment looked like.
