Worst customer service ever. I went to Lalonde because of their radio ads telling people to come on in if you have an upside down loan, ect, that they would make it work. I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to trade for a Compass. They initially said all was good and despite me owing a lot on the Cherokee , that they could get me into a 2020 Compass lease. I was also told they were waiting on software from a new finance company and it would take a few days to get the deal done. A week and a half later after numerous phone calls to them trying to find out what was going on, NO call backs. What the heck?!. I have never been treated so rudely by an auto dealer in my life. At least have the decency to call someone back. Jeff and Justin are the worst!. I even wrote an email to Richard Lalonde with no reply. Save yourself a long trip to Imlay City. Don't go to Lalonde Chyrsler! More

Everyone at LaLonde was very friendly. Unfortunately I went to 3 other dealerships before LaLonde, it was just so far from my home, roughly 1.5 hours.
