I have been bring my truck here for service for a while I have had small problems in the past. But I just had my truck in there for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed shortly after I picked up my tru have had small problems in the past. But I just had my truck in there for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought it was my brakes but then I was able to wobble the tire with my hands the lug-nuts on both front tires were loose all of them. it was very dangerous. I will never be returning here and if you go here for service good luck and check your vehicle before you leave. More

Save yourself the long drive; like many others I was enticed by the 125% over KBB trade in. False Advertising! While waiting I heard at least two salesman’s promoting the trade in program over the phone enticed by the 125% over KBB trade in. False Advertising! I had called to inquire about the ad before making the drive, and even heard the commercial a couple times on the drive in. Turned out to be so far from the truth! I was actually offered 1k under the KBB price, which was an almost 9k difference in cash! I was blown away, and confused. The salesperson, while extremely nice during my time there, had no answers to my questions and simply said that’s what the appraisal was?! Still waiting to hear back from a manager, which is unlikely. Frustrated that even after confirming the sales ad, prior to driving out there, I just ended wasting a few hours of my time and gas. (Tanya was friendly, and I’ve noted that in the rating. The rest of the experience was terrible, and a reason why the car business ends up with a bad rep often.
