They fixed my vehicle improperly, and sent my wife home with the vehicle out of alignment. After $1600 in repairs at Lalonde I had to bring the vehicle right to another repair shop to get the alignment fix with the vehicle out of alignment. After $1600 in repairs at Lalonde I had to bring the vehicle right to another repair shop to get the alignment fixed. Lalonde refused to reimburse me the $90 for the alignment that they caused. This is a cheap and incompetent dealership and repair shop. Also, my wife test drove a vehicle while waiting for the repair and the vehicle ran out of gas. More
