Made an 8:00am appointment to have brakes done on my truck and also have suspension inspected while it was in. At 4:45, I called to check on the status and they had just finished looking at it. Said I n truck and also have suspension inspected while it was in. At 4:45, I called to check on the status and they had just finished looking at it. Said I needed pads and rotors all the way around but the suspension was fine, so my total would be $1,400…. plus they would need it one or possibly two days longer to fix the brakes. Needless to say, I paid their pricey $169 inspection fee and declined further service. I took my truck to a reputable mechanic who said I only need rear pads and rotors (front brake pads were still 50%). Cost a total of $280 there and they had it completed within 2 hours of my appointment time. So no, I would NOT recommend the service department at this dealership for multiple, obvious reasons. More

I bought a used 2019 keep Cherokee limited August 4th 2021 and I dealt with Scott. Now the initial sale wasn’t a problem as I bought it through a private bank. I let him know at 10:30am we were signing p 2021 and I dealt with Scott. Now the initial sale wasn’t a problem as I bought it through a private bank. I let him know at 10:30am we were signing papers at 2:30pm and would be there at 5 pm to pick it up as we live close to 2 hrs away! The vehicle was never detailed nor was it full of gas. Okay no big deal. Now the issue I have is not receiving my license plate! It was suppose to be put in the mail never was so Scott put it in the mail on the 19th of august. Two weeks went by and I still hadn’t received it. So they cancelled the plate and had one reissued. The dealership asked Scott to bring me the plate as due to work schedules and how far the dealership is I couldn’t go get it. He has had my plate since Friday September 3rd and has yet to bring it to me. Instead he is having his brother in law do it! This is absolutely unprofessional and honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a sales representative let alone dealership! I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Scott. More

They fixed my vehicle improperly, and sent my wife home with the vehicle out of alignment. After $1600 in repairs at Lalonde I had to bring the vehicle right to another repair shop to get the alignment fix with the vehicle out of alignment. After $1600 in repairs at Lalonde I had to bring the vehicle right to another repair shop to get the alignment fixed. Lalonde refused to reimburse me the $90 for the alignment that they caused. This is a cheap and incompetent dealership and repair shop. Also, my wife test drove a vehicle while waiting for the repair and the vehicle ran out of gas. More
