Why would I contact your team when I dealt with your General Manager. I have never seen such poor skills as a Manager as Austin Hallmark, I am so disappointed in your dealership, I live in a small community and try to keep my business in the small community, I was offered nothing more than rude, condescending responses to my concerns by Joe in Service and Austin Hallmark. I will never ever return to Lalonde Chrysler and will advise anyone I know not to go there either.

wonderful customer service - my Jeep was picked up at my work, serviced and then returned to me in a timely manner. A brand new loaner vehicle was provided for my use and a coupon was applied. Incredible More
