I bought my Jeep here, an hour from my house because of how I was treated with a few challenges I had and the inventory they had. I had a warranty service issue a few months later and was treated very we how I was treated with a few challenges I had and the inventory they had. I had a warranty service issue a few months later and was treated very well again. My Jeep was in and fixed 2 weeks earlier than the dealer close to my house said they would even look at it. If I could give a negative star I would. Bait and switch. Confirmed the vehicle they had listed was there because I was driving an hour and a half. Sorry. Confirmed twice. Nope. Salesman never stood up from the desk. Tried showing us a different vehicle. Walked out. Total time invested. 3.5 hours because somehow they couldn’t find the vehicle they sent to auction. Vehicles dirty. Staff unprofessional. They lie to bring you in, in hopes of selling you something else. Vehicles on their sales lot with rust. More
