Your salesman Alex was very patient and explained every question well and he was not too talkative like many salesmen. The dealership was very clean and everyone was friendly even other salesmen thanked me question well and he was not too talkative like many salesmen. At the end of this process while going over my paperwork everything was explained very thoroughly and even with my many interruptions with questions everything was really done well. You have trained this staff well and to see them so positive during a very difficult economy you should be proud and let them all know you appreciate their effort.
