Sam was a great salesman and the only saving grace from the cluster that was the finance department. 3 days after taking delivery of my vehicle I'm contacted by the dealership saying my deal fell through a the cluster that was the finance department. 3 days after taking delivery of my vehicle I'm contacted by the dealership saying my deal fell through and they needed to rework it because the credit union didn't like whatever numbers they saw (not that I had a choice in who they went with anyways or I would've just went with ally again, who ended up approving the deal anyways) More
