Worst Dealership I have ever been in. Salesman had NO knowledge on xxxxxxxx FEES, or warranty. Can care less about Customers. Does not try to help customer needs. Purchased a New Ram from Alex. The was a great did everything that he should have in a timely manner. Waiting for the service department to do final inspection, have it cleaned an The was a great did everything that he should have in a timely manner. Waiting for the service department to do final inspection, have it cleaned and have bedliner put in. That took 4 hours. Pete the used car manager came up to me and asked if he could be any assistance and explained to him what was going on and he went to see what was taking so long. 15 minutes later Pete came back and said my truck would be out in minutes. Few minutes there was my truck. I go to get in my truck and the check engine light was on then I went back inside and talked to Jordan the new car sales manager and he had service come back out and they corrected the issue. If it wasn't for Pete (used car manager) I'd still be waiting. Alex (sales person) was extremely helpful but, he had left to take a deliver a vehicle. The after sales service needs attention Tonia if you read this they need improvement or you will lose more then just my business!!! More
