David was fast effective and courteous. I let him know I wanted to turn in 2 vehicles for very similar replacements and hopefully leave with both. He got mine appraised showed me 2 vehicles I let him know I wanted to turn in 2 vehicles for very similar replacements and hopefully leave with both.
