David was fast effective and courteous. I let him know I wanted to turn in 2 vehicles for very similar replacements and hopefully leave with both. He got mine appraised showed me 2 vehicles I let him know I wanted to turn in 2 vehicles for very similar replacements and hopefully leave with both. Not sure if people were just hanging out there or doing business. I think some were just hanging out. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was upset about the quality of the clean up of the truck, still ha business. I think some were just hanging out.
