Vehicle taken in for a recall repair. Repair was a software update. Software update was not successful. Vehicle did not drive off lot and notified service staff immediately of the jolting Repair was a software update. Software update was not successful. This vehicle was later determined by another dealership to be "unsafe to drive." The other dealership provided a loaner vehicle and repaired vehicle with great customer service. I will never go back to LaLonde for service nor recommend any family for this location. More
