I Bought a used car from this dealership on 12-6-2023. Car had an issue that was needed to be fixed before I took possession of the car. Salesperson is nonexistent. Spoke to the used car manager for an up Car had an issue that was needed to be fixed before I took possession of the car. Salesperson is nonexistent. Spoke to the used car manager for an update on Dec 11th. Spoke Texted him Dec 15th and was told he is off today he will give the update the next day. That was last Saturday and nothing sense. Called a General Manager named Tony Bommarito from a different Lalonde dealership. he said that he would put me thru to the GM over all the dealerships. I thought I was making progress then I got a VM. Left a Message of dissatisfaction expecting a call back today. No luck. I hate to leave a negative rating for anyone or a business but when you call the dealership to speak to Management your number gets displayed on Caller ID and intercepted and you don't end up getting to talk to anyone in management. More
