I went to the Toyota Dealership looking for a new truck, and they had an impressive selection of both new and used Tundras as well as some other used models. Jim, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is not your traditional car salesman... he was genuinely trying to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I first settled on a new Tundra, but after several hours of negotiations (some at the dealership and some via email) we could not agree to a price, so I started looking at some used vehicles. Jim went so far as to video a new Silverado that came onto the lot and uploaded it to YouTube for me to see. He contacted me based on my preferences (text or email) and was quick to get back to me. I settled on an '08 Tundra that was pretty loaded, but had high miles. All the negotiations were handled over email, and when we agreed on a price, Jim had all the paperwork drawn up and ready when I got to the dealership. It was very low pressure closing, and I got a great price on the truck and a great trade in on my car. I am extremely happy with Jim and LaGrange Toyota. More
The people in the service department at LaGrange Toyota are very friendly, and take the time to explain what's wrong and give you several options. Several times I went in for something small, they fixed it are very friendly, and take the time to explain what's wrong and give you several options. Several times I went in for something small, they fixed it immediately and didn't charge me a dime. The few times I had more substantial work done, it did take a while but they have a very nice waiting area with tvs and free wifi. The only downside to the service department is the cost of some of the services. Replacing a battery was $120, where I could easily get a battery replaced at Advance or Auto Zone for $65. I think this is going to be an issue at any dealership, though, and to get that level of service I'm willing to pay a little extra. More
