Our sales associate Chase Hopkins was great to deal with as well as Bobby Sabbia. They worked with us on our trade in and did not try to pressure us. Our daughter even brings her car home from South Carolina to get it serviced!. I will also add that I forgot to remove my tag off of my trade in. Brittney actually called the Tag office here in LaGrange for me and got that issue resolved. Will definitely visit this dealership again! More

I was there for over an hour waiting for an oil change. I even had an appointment and according to the text, the service didn't start until an hour after my appointment time. I was never told they were running behind or given an update, so I had to leave to get to work. When they called, they asked about an alignment and after asking how much extra it would be, he explained that it was covered under the plan I had purchased. I gave him permission to proceed. When I picked it up, I was told it would be $99 and since this had taken up all of my morning, I was in a hurry to leave to get back to work. I looked at the receipt and it said that I was charged for the alignment. I called the next morning and the gentleman said that he never said that it was covered. I would not have allowed them to proceed if I had known that it would not be covered as I was not prepared to pay this day since I have a plan. If this is not something that is typically covered under any plan, I should never have been told that it was covered after I specifically asked about it. I have always had a great experience here, but this was not handled correctly, and I am disappointed. More
We recently purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot with Lagrange Toyota. I can honestly say out of the handful of vehicles we have purchased through other dealerships; this experience has by far been one of the bes Toyota. I can honestly say out of the handful of vehicles we have purchased through other dealerships; this experience has by far been one of the best! Our salesperson, Steven Adamson, listened to what we wanted/needed in a vehicle, and easily identified several options. He was very knowledgeable about his inventory and helped us narrow down our options to the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Many dealerships try to push certain makes (in this case Toyota), higher priced, or newer vehicles even if it isn’t what you want. We never felt pressured into any decision. Also, I want to note, we brought in our vehicle to trade which had a lot of issues. We were up front and honest about the issues, knowing it might not be worth their time. They could have looked at it quickly offered us a low-ball number or turning it away completely (which is often the case with other dealerships). Instead, they took their time to ensure they could (and did) provide me with a fair and honest evaluation and estimate. The Lagrange Toyota team showed they truly care about their customers by going the extra mile. Brandon Dearth, General Sales Manager, in particular, took the extra time to get to know us, which gave that personal connection (again this is not something you see often, if at all, especially from management). He proved they are not only interested in having our business today, but also earning our loyalty for life. Without a doubt, my family and I will continue to shop with Lagrange Toyota for our vehicle needs in the future. I would absolutely recommend Lagrange Toyota to anyone who wants a company who will not only treat you well, but also treat you like family. More
