Purchase of a 2014 Toyota Corolla on February 23, 2017 Alex Haden was the salesman who assisted me in purchasing my vehicle. He communicated with me through out the entire process and when I visited the dealership he had most of the paperwork completed prior to my arrival. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from LaGrange Toyota, and it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! Although My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from LaGrange Toyota, and it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! Although we live in Phenix city, last Saturday we drove up to Gainesville and Atlanta and visited 2 separate dealerships in search of a good deal, but we came back empty handed and tired from the usual car buying experience. Sunday we drove over to Auburn to see what they had to offer, but again were disappointed. So we decided to give LaGrange Toyota a try and drove up there Sunday night (even though they were closed) to see what they had available. As we were looking at a car, Mr. Greg Efferson, their Sales Manager pulled up and asked if we needed any help or would like any information. He was just returning from a hiking trip in Pine Mtn. Even though they were closed and he was tired from his day of hiking with his family, he took time to get out of his car and answer any questions we had. He was extremely polite and said he would get with us first thing in the morning on a price. The next day, Greg did just as he said and gave us an excellent price on a like-new car. We drove up that afternoon, and he had Mr. Randy Kraus meet us for a test drive. Randy was also very polite and not pushy at all. We loved the car, so Randy prepared the paperwork and transferred us to their financing department. There we met Mr. Jeremy Marx who made the financing paperwork process simple and stress free. He showed us options for available service plans and additional warranties, but did not push us to buy any of them. He was very polite and professional and a joy to do business with. We arrived at 5:15 and were out the door by 6:30. From start to finish our car buying experience was simple and enjoyable, but their excellent service doesn’t stop there. Somehow we failed to notice the driver’s side floor mat was missing until the next day. We believe it was left out by accident during the detailing process. I gave Greg a call that afternoon and without hesitation he gladly offered to send us one for free. Later I noticed that the maintenance guide was missing as well, and before I could contact Greg, it had arrived in our mailbox free of charge. So even after the sale, they have continued to provide excellent customer service! They have earned a customer for life! The next time we need a new car, we’re going straight to LaGrange Toyota and we recommend you do too! You won’t be disappointed! More
