My new Car At the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Alan Trainer, whom I had previously worked with when I started my search for a new used auto. He was polite, At the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Alan Trainer, whom I had previously worked with when I started my search for a new used auto. He was polite, he listened and valiantly checked his sheet of automobiles and showed me 3 that aligned with what I wanted. This Ford Focus was impressive with the most features for the money and felt yas though a Ford will last as I have owned several and trucks as well. Mr. Trainer and his managers were all knowledgable about their products, Alan worked in the rain to accommodate me. He was never complacent or tired of looking further. He even fixed my phone to sync with the bluetooth after the sale was consumated. The entire dealership is filled with great people who are not pushy or pressuring you to hurry to purchase. The whole experience was great. I would highly recommend them. More

After almost giving up completely our son suggested looking at LaGrange Toyota. At last a car dealership that had options! It did not take long to find what we were looking for on the website. We made our way from Opelika to LaGrange on a Tuesday and as soon as we parked and headed out to look Jim Hunt came right on up to greet us. What a genuine salesperson. He listened to what we were looking for and went in to check on availability and came back with the keys. There was no hype only sincere concern for what our needs were and how the truck did (or didn't) match what we needed. We drove it and went home to discuss the potential purchase. The very next morning we were on our way back to LaGrange Toyota to complete the sale. Jim had been informed that we were on our way and he was ready to meet us. When it came time to deal my husband said give me your best offer and they did. The transaction was stress free and very enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We will return to trade there again! More
