The dealership is large, open, bright, exceptiona Just bought a used 2016 Lexus LS 460 from LaGrange Toyota, and it was a good car-buying experience. The dealership is large, open, bright, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff greet you warmly at the door, and escort you to the receptionist instead of trying to grab you quickly outside for a sale. We had made an appointment with Wayne Pittman to look at the vehicle, and he was ready and waiting when we arrived. The car was cleaned and parked at the door, ready for us to view and test drive. Wayne had good product knowledge, and had apparently driven the car home the day before to familiarize himself with it. Wayne and his sales manager were friendly and put no pressure on us to buy. In fact, we left for lunch and then came back to complete the deal. We live in north metro Atlanta, and the 1.5 hour drive to LaGrange was worth the time taken. I’d recommend Wayne Pittman and LaGrange Toyota any time. More

I am a recent widow and my late husband, and I were VERY unhappy with the last new car we bought (we ended up upside down, so after his death I was a little apprehensive going on my own. Luckily a friend suggested Toyota of LaGrange. Randy Kraus and Brandon the general manager of Toyota of LaGrange made my experience as painless and easy as possible. The atmosphere was friendly and family oriented and I really enjoyed my time with Randy and Brandon. Toyota of LaGrange took what could have been a traumatic experience and made it smooth and easy.
