Awesome Experience I went in for service and ended up buying a 2018 Rav4. This is my 3rd purchase from LaGrange Toyota and I have recommended the dealership to several friends. Wayne Pittman came out as I was looking at the vehicle. At no time during the conversation did I feel pressured to purchase . After showing me all of the amenities and letting me take a test drive, I said, "if you can work out a deal with my payments not going over a certain amount, we will talk." I did this at a another dealership several years ago and never heard back from them. Much to my surprise, I received a call in about 30 minutes. I was even more surprised with the deal that I offered. 2 days later, I had a new Rav4. He has also followed up with phone calls and emails to ensure that I am completely satisfied and to see if I had any questions. Wayne Pittman also worked with me to have all paperwork completed as much as possible which cut down on my time spent at the dealership. Best experience I have had so far. Thank you!!! More

The dealership is large, open, bright, exceptiona Just bought a used 2016 Lexus LS 460 from LaGrange Toyota, and it was a good car-buying experience. The dealership is large, open, bright, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff greet you warmly at the door, and escort you to the receptionist instead of trying to grab you quickly outside for a sale. We had made an appointment with Wayne Pittman to look at the vehicle, and he was ready and waiting when we arrived. The car was cleaned and parked at the door, ready for us to view and test drive. Wayne had good product knowledge, and had apparently driven the car home the day before to familiarize himself with it. Wayne and his sales manager were friendly and put no pressure on us to buy. In fact, we left for lunch and then came back to complete the deal. We live in north metro Atlanta, and the 1.5 hour drive to LaGrange was worth the time taken. I’d recommend Wayne Pittman and LaGrange Toyota any time. More

I am a recent widow and my late husband, and I were VERY unhappy with the last new car we bought (we ended up upside down, so after his death I was a little apprehensive going on my own. Luckily a friend suggested Toyota of LaGrange. Randy Kraus and Brandon the general manager of Toyota of LaGrange made my experience as painless and easy as possible. The atmosphere was friendly and family oriented and I really enjoyed my time with Randy and Brandon. Toyota of LaGrange took what could have been a traumatic experience and made it smooth and easy.
