Excellent experience at LaGrange Toyota buying a new vehicle. We've had our share of less than stellar experiences trying to buy a new/used car recently across dealerships in Atlanta. LaGrange hit it ou vehicle. We've had our share of less than stellar experiences trying to buy a new/used car recently across dealerships in Atlanta. LaGrange hit it out of the park and got us in the car we wanted in a fast, efficient and simple process. It must be the combination of us seeking out Kenny Crawford as our point person/salesman along with the dealership being one of the last few privately owned Toyota dealerships in the state. In any case Kenny made the whole two day interaction run very smooth from the initial inquiry, to confirming inventory, to getting a purchase order for us to put down our deposit and finally confirming arrival of the car. We had a tight timeline along with a specific car in mind. Kenny delivered on the car and the timeline and did a great job keeping us updated. On the day of arrival, Kenny explained the features of the car and took us on a test drive. In addition, he allowed us to prep the car for our drive back to Atlanta. Despite the distance from Atlanta, LaGrange Toyota and Kenny are well worth the extra drive because they really save you time, money and stress when it comes to getting yourself behind the wheel of a Toyota!
