Great Dealership I was in the market for a good used car for my daughter. I got to meet Tony Poole one of the sails men at the dealership . Instead of letting us drive away and it becoming our issue. He and the dealership took charge to fix it at no cost to me. They went above and beyond my expectation. My husband and I went to LaGrange Toyota to shop after looking at other dealerships in the area. We chose a 2019 Highlander, after meeting Wanda Norris, our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable about looking at other dealerships in the area. We chose a 2019 Highlander, after meeting Wanda Norris, our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable about her products, and was very easy to work with. Upon taking our car back to Columbus, it seemed that we had an audio problem, as the radio kept shutting off. After multiple attempts to solve the issue, Kevin Franklin, their tech man, stepped in and resolved the problem. It was not a problem with the car at all, but with symbols contained in my contacts on my IPhone. During the process, we were able to meet many employees of the dealership, and they were all top-notch. We commend Brandon, the General Manager, for handling the situation with the utmost professionalism, and treated us very well. We never felt intimiated or pushed around by anyone. They were all very courteous, and understood our frustration. We will definitely go back there if we need to purchase another vehicle, and recommend them to our friends and family. In the end, we felt that we paid a fair price, and could not have been treated any better. More
