I had met Kenny Crawford while on the lot during one of my service visits (I own a Highlander purchased in 2015 from LaGrange). He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot but more importantly he was engaging and very open with details of a purchase. We stayed in touch until I was ready and when it was time to order the vehicle he got it done and delivered in 3 weeks. The purchase experience was smooth, short and the vehicle was everything I had hoped it would be.
