I have not had a pleasant experience with this dealership. Communication from the salesman has been poor, he doesn’t follow up when he says he will, and the entire process I’ve felt like he wasn’t dealership. I did the paperwork for my purchase a week before getting my keys and I still don’t have my registration. I was told that I’d be bought out of my current lease and that still hasn’t happened yet. I don’t like feeling like there are so many things pending when the deal should be complete. This entire process has been frustrating when it should have been super exciting. More

The dealership had my car for over 2 weeks. They returned it to me and the exact issue I brought it in for, it was not even fixed at all. They had issued me a rental car, but because they now They returned it to me and the exact issue I brought it in for, it was not even fixed at all. They had issued me a rental car, but because they now had to restart a new ticket to fix the exact same problem, I had to drive 45 minutes to return the rental car, and then re-rent a new car. The whole experience has been so disappointing (a full week later and I still don't have my car). More
